Domestic orders are shipped via UPS Ground with tracking information provided. From time to time we may choose other carriers to provide our free shipping.

• Multiple Items: If you purchase more than one pair, try on just one before removing the others from their packaging. If the first pair isn’t right, the rest can still be returned under our standard return policy.
• Refund Process: If ALPHX isn’t a fit for you, we'll happily issue a refund. We'd love to hear your feedback to help us improve.
• One Use Per Household: The Be Assured guarantee is limited to one use per household and must be claimed within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  Duties, Taxes, and Shipping Costs

  You will be charged the appropriate duties and taxes where required, in addition to the shipping cost for DHL’s Standard International Service. These charges will be clearly displayed at checkout.

  Delivery Estimates and Tracking

  At checkout, you will be shown the estimated delivery time as quoted by DHL. For most locations, the estimated delivery time is between 6-12 business days. A tracking number will be provided in your confirmation email for you to monitor your shipment.
