ALPHX underwear in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition may be returned for a refund up to 30 days after the original purchase date. We'll even cover the shipping cost.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

We have enhanced our International Shipping Process to provide faster service and an improved overall experience. Our new process includes collecting prepaid duties where applicable to avoid unnecessary customs delays.
Duties, Taxes, and Shipping Costs
You will be charged the appropriate duties and taxes where required, in addition to the shipping cost for DHL’s Standard International Service. These charges will be clearly displayed at checkout.
Delivery Estimates and Tracking
At checkout, you will be shown the estimated delivery time as quoted by DHL. For most locations, the estimated delivery time is between 6-12 business days. A tracking number will be provided in your confirmation email for you to monitor your shipment.
