Q1. What are your shipping policies and rates?

Free Domestic Shipping:

Enjoy free UPS* shipping on orders of $75.00 or more within the U.S. For orders under $75.00 or if you choose expedited shipping, discounted rates will be calculated at checkout.

International Shipping: 

We offer free shipping on orders over $75.00 USD to many international destinations. For other countries, discounted rates will be available at checkout.

Duties and Fees: 

Although we ship Duty Prepaid, customers are responsible for any additional taxes, duties, or fees imposed by their destination country.

Q2. Do you accept returns?  

Domestic Orders: 

We offer free returns on unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

International Orders: 

Returns are available on unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. However, customers are responsible for return shipping.

Order Issues:

 If we made an error with your order (hey, we’re only human!), please reach out, and we’ll make it right.

Q3.  What are your product sizing details?

Our fit is best described as contemporary or modern—a little lower on the waist and closer to the body, similar to the fit of most men’s pants today.

We’re also the first brand to offer two leg styles, MDRN and ATHLTC per waist size to help eliminate pinching and reduce ride-up:

MDRN Fit: Ideal if you wear regular or slim-fit jeans.

ATHLTC Fit: Great if you prefer athletic-fit jeans or like more room in the leg.

Q4.  When will I receive my order?

We strive to ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving them during our regular business hours, Monday through Friday. Shipping time estimates provided by our carrier partners can be reviewed here.

Q5. What are your product sizing details?

We describe our fit as contemporary or modern. Sounds vague, right? Well, if you think about how men's pants fit today: a little lower on the waist, a little closer to the body, that describes ALPHX. We are also the first brand to offer a MDRN and ATHLTC Fit leg to help eliminate pinching for some guys and ride-up with others. So if you wear regular or slim-fit jeans, MDRN is probably a good bet. And if you wear athletic fit jeans, or like your regular jeans roomy in the leg, then ATHLTC may work for you. We encourage you to use our personalized fit finder to help guide you to your best fit. Q6. Who owns ALPHX? 

We are Tom (Former CEO/President of major retail brands) and Garrett (Social and ahem...” seasoned” media influencer), two friends who met for a coffee, a catch-up, and some lively conversation one night. Within twenty-four hours, we called each other with the same idea and decided to see if there was an opportunity to create something authentic and currently missing in the marketplace. Disrupters, if you will, in a men’s market woefully underserved.

Our story

Let’s face it, unless you’re a size medium (we’ve done the research...most of us aren’t), it’s hard to find stylish underwear that fits well and feels comfortable no matter what your size. We want to change that. Smaller waist, bigger thighs? We got you. Bigger waist, smaller thighs? We do that too. We all want to feel comfortable in our own skin and feel better about ourselves. 

In addition to the research, we’ve done the math... Better Fit + Better Comfort = Better You = Better World.

No calculator app is needed. Did we mention we also make a damn good product?

We showcase our products on men sized XS to XXL to help you better judge fit. Our model photos are minimally retouched—only adjusted for lighting, temperature, and contrast—so you can see true colors and details, with our models’ natural “perfect imperfections” left intact.

Be Responsible: 

We carefully choose production partners who are WRAP certified and meet the highest ethical standards. We prioritize renewable fibers, use minimal biodegradable packaging, and partner with EcoSource to offset carbon emissions from shipping.
