Q. Do you ship internationally?

A.Yes. We ship to most worldwide destinations and offer three shipping programs. Free shipping on orders of $50.00 or more to Australia, Canada, Mexico, the UK,  EU member nations, and more. $5.00 flat rate shipping to these destinations on orders under $50.00. And finally, competitive rates for many other worldwide locations. For more details on international shipping, look here. We are constantly looking for ways to offer lower shipping prices to our international customers, so check back often for updates. Any local duties or taxes owed are the responsibility of the purchaser. 

Q. What is your shipping and return policy?

A. We are excited to offer free domestic shipping on every order and competitive shipping rates on international orders. We don't want shipping costs standing between us. Oh, and the same goes for returns. We also offer our Be Assured guarantee. Q. What are your product sizing details?

We describe our fit as contemporary or modern. Sounds vague, right? Well, if you think about how men's pants fit today: a little lower on the waist, a little closer to the body, that describes ALPHX. We are also the first brand to offer a MDRN and ATHLTC Fit leg to help eliminate pinching for some guys and ride-up with others. So if you wear regular or slim-fit jeans, MDRN is probably a good bet. And if you wear athletic fit jeans, or like your regular jeans roomy in the leg, then ATHLTC may work for you. We encourage you to use our personalized fit finder to help guide you to your best fit. Q. When will I receive my order?

We can't wait to ship you your new underwear! We will mail out our Pre-orders in November as soon as we receive the product from our manufacturer. Of course, we will email you before shipping yours out and send along a tracking number once we do.
