Your subscription automatically renews based on the delivery interval you choose, and we’ll send your products after each successful renewal.

For example, with a monthly subscription, your credit card is charged monthly, and products are delivered directly to your doorstep, hassle-free.

Can I Pause or Cancel a Subscription?

Absolutely. You can pause or cancel your subscription anytime through the customer portal. The only exception is if your subscription has a required minimum number of payments.

Access the portal using the magic link sent to you by email when you placed your initial order, or by logging in to your account on our site.

How Do I Skip or Reschedule a Charge?

In the customer portal, you can skip or reschedule an upcoming charge. Each delivery shows a "Skip Payment" button to skip that charge, or use the "Reschedule" button to adjust the delivery date.

Can I Add Products to My Subscription?

Yes! In the customer portal, you can easily edit your subscription. Click the "Edit" button on the product card to add, remove, or update items.

What if a Payment Can’t Be Processed?

If we’re unable to process your payment, you’ll receive an email with a secure link to update your payment method.
